At Printophile , we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery of your orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed during peak seasons or special sales may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times vary based on the location:

Domestic Delivery(India): 5-7 business days (Standard) / 2-4 business days (Express)
Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions or courier service issues.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Customers can track their order status through the provided link.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Printophile is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs. If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact the courier service first. If further assistance is required, they can reach out to our support team.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If a package arrives damaged or with missing items, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. A proper unboxing video from the start without cuts or edits is mandatory to process claims.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped. Order cancellations are only possible before shipment. Refund policies apply as per the Return & Refund Policy.
