Returns
Eligibility: You may return unused, unwashed, and unworn products within 2 days of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized t-shirts (unless they arrive damaged or with a printing defect) Products purchased during a sale or clearance
How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at support-marketing@printophile.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear images.
Refunds
Approved Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Refund Method: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method with in 7 days.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
